IBEE Solutions Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Company adopts Internationally accepted quality assurance standards.
IBEE Solutions is a leading provider of Managed Hosting, hardware, software and IT services to large enterprises, small- to medium-sized businesses and public sector institutions in India and North America. Today announces its ISO 9001:2008 certification after attaining the global quality standards set forth for software companies by the ISO, a network of national standards institutes across more than 150 countries.

ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements focused on an organization's ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. As part of the certification process, IBEE established its own QMS to ensure long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, IBEE is ensuring that it has the global processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable, and demonstrable basis.

Implementing ISO standards certainly adds increased time and resources to our development cycle, but the benefits outweigh the costs in the long run. These processes will ensure that we are achieving the highest possible quality in the solutions we deliver to our customers and, in our business model, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty is priority number one.
